Complete System Install – Backup of system’s data (pictures, documents, music, etc. does NOT include programs, printers, or other personalized settings), Fresh Operating System Install, then put your data back in place.
User Setting Backup – User settings such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Chrome, Firefox, Printers, etc are restored to new computer.
Data Backup or Transfer – Data (pictures, documents, music, etc. does NOT include programs, printers, or other personalized settings) backed up to disc, hard disk, or other system.

Diagnostic – When uncertain what could be the underlying cause of an issue we use this service to narrow possibilities, testing most components in the system.
Component replacements – Replacement of any component in your desktop or laptop.
Custom PC – From scratch build based on needs and wants.
BIOS Password Reset – Reset a password on the BIOS level.
Other –
On-site – Technician will come on-site at an hourly rate.
Remote Support – Technician will remotely assist by web or phone at an hourly rate.
Pickup & Delivery – Technician will disassemble and reassemble system for transport for in-store service.
Rush – Same and Next day rush priority available.
Data recovery –
Based on amount and severity of damage to hard drive prices and ability will vary.
